NAVIGATING THROUGH AGED CARE PROGRAMS
Aged care programs supporting you to stay living independently at home can be confusing and overwhelming.
Elders Rights Advocacy have specialist aged care navigators to assist you in what help is out there.
Examples are registering with My Aged care and later choosing a provider.
They help you understand the aged care system including what services suit your needs.
The free service is confidential and independent of any aged care provider.
Your choice is exactly that your choice.
To make an appointment call 1800-700-600 or visit www.era.esn.au.

What is the United Nation's Decade of Healthy Ageing?
It is a global collaboration that brings together diverse sectors and stakeholders to improve the lives of older people, their families and communities.
The collaboration's four action areas are
changing how we think, feel and act towards age and ageing;
developing communities in ways that foster the abilities of older people;
delivering person centred integrated care and primary health services responsive to older people; and
providing older people who need it with access to long-term care.
Follow this link for more information about each of these 4 areas
You can be part of the global audience for the live premiere screening of three videos made by older people from Canada, Jordan and Togo for the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing!
